Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has congratulated the Founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo, on his 72nd birthday, praising his contributions to education, mentorship, philanthropy and nation-building.
Atiku, in a message shared on his official X account on Sunday, described the renowned cleric as a respected leader whose impact has continued to shape lives across Nigeria and beyond.
He said: “I join family, friends, and well-wishers to congratulate Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide and Senior Pastor of Faith Tabernacle, Ota, Ogun State, as he marks his 72nd birthday.”
The former vice president commended Oyedepo’s role in expanding access to quality education through Covenant University and Landmark University, where he serves as Chancellor.
According to Atiku: “I sincerely honour his legacy as Chancellor of Covenant University and Landmark University, and his far-reaching contributions to education, mentorship, philanthropy, and human development. His dedication to raising people and building institutions is worthy of celebration.”
He prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the cleric and wished him many more years of service to humanity.
