The Deputy Director-General of the Tinubu Support Group (TSG), South-East Zone, Chief Paul Chukwuma, has paid a working visit to the Director-General of the Tinubu Support Group, Dr. Umar Tanko Yakasai, at the organisation’s headquarters in Abuja.
Receiving Chief Chukwuma, the Director-General commended his impressive credentials, describing him as a leader with a compelling vision for development and empowerment. He noted that Chief Chukwuma’s emergence as part of the leadership of the TSG was significant and worthy of recognition.
Dr. Yakasai further reaffirmed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to the comprehensive development of the South-East, pointing to the establishment of the South East Development Commission (SEDC) as a clear demonstration of the administration’s commitment to the region.
He therefore called on the people of the South-East to work closely with Chief Chukwuma and other stakeholders in the region to strengthen support for President Tinubu’s re-election, noting that a second term would provide the administration with the opportunity to consolidate its development agenda for the region and the country at large.
Earlier, in his remarks, Chief Paul Chukwuma expressed appreciation to the Director-General for the warm reception accorded him. He assured the TSG leadership of the readiness of the people of the South-East to support the re-election of President Tinubu.
Chief Chukwuma also pledged to deploy his experience, network and organisational capacity towards strengthening the Tinubu Support Group across the South-East, assuring that under his leadership, the TSG would expand its reach, deepen engagement and become a more effective vehicle for communicating the achievements and vision of the Tinubu administration to the people of the region.
