He noted that the facility will provide a modern environment for collaboration, innovation and improved productivity among the company’s workforce and partners.

The Vice President said the Tinubu administration’s fuel subsidy removal and foreign exchange reforms have restored confidence for businesses to invest and expand.

He assured that the Federal Government will continue to support policies that encourage enterprise, technological advancement and economic growth.

Shettima also praised Northwest Petroleum for building a strong presence in Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas sector since its establishment in 1998.

Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu commended the company for investing in Lagos and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to creating a business-friendly environment.

Northwest Petroleum Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Winifred Akpani, said the new headquarters reflects the company’s confidence in Nigeria’s future and its commitment to innovation, efficiency and developing local talent.

The commissioning ceremony was attended by former Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, former Delta State Governor James Ibori, Fatima Aliko-Dangote and other business leaders.
